Century Boulevard Mobility Improvement Project
Century Boulevard Mobility Improvement Project 2013 TIGER Grant Application:  The City of Inglewood has applied for a $14.7 million TIGER FY 2013 National Infrastructure Investment Discretionary Grant to assist with the Century Boulevard Mobility Improvement Project.  The Project elements include the reconfiguration and improvements of approximately 3 miles of infrastructure on Century Boulevard between La Cienega Boulevard and Van Ness Avenue.  Proposed improvements along the corridor include the addition of dedicated exclusive right turn and left turn lanes at major intersections, installation of raised landscaped medians, traffic signal and street light upgrades, crosswalk and sidewalk improvements, parkway landscaping, installation of bus shelters and concrete bus pads, and utility improvements.
