The Operation Golden Phoenix emergency response training is scheduled for Wednesday, July 25, 2007, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The local training will be held at the Forum.
This training event is a regional training exercise involving local law and fire agencies, emergency managers, and military assets. The Departments of Homeland Security and Defense will be evaluating communication systems and coordination capabilities in a regional disaster drill.
