The Countywide Address Management System is a way to maintain address information in Los Angeles County. The system is an address data model, which supports a wide variety of location information, including address points and landmarks, that represents the real world more accurately.
CAMS provides support for multi-user editing of its data, editing by other departments, cities, and agencies in LA County, and street centerline and address data as a shared resource.
