On Saturday, January 17, 2004, community members will take to the streets for a symbolic civil rights march in celebration of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Portions of the march route will be restricted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Street closures:
- 90th Street (from Crenshaw Boulevard and Prairie Avenue)
- Kareem Court (from 90th Street to Manchester Boulevard)
- Manchester Boulevard (from Kareem Court to Prairie Avenue)
- Prairie Avenue (from Manchester Boulevard to Regent Street)
- Regent Street (from Prairie Avenue to Eucalyptus Avenue)
- Eucalyptus Avenue (from Regent Street to Beach Avenue)
