The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is offering two four-week sessions of Summer Day Camp fun at four locations – Darby Park, Lockhaven Center, Edward Vincent Park and Rogers Park. Session I will take place from June 22 – July 17; Session II will be held July 20 – August 14.
The City’s Summer Day Camp provides a safe, challenging and stimulating summer camp experience for children ages, 5 to 12. Skilled and professional staff guide campers through the summer program. Camp hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. An extended day program is available before camp from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and after camp from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Daily activities include athletics, nature, music, crafts, tennis, swimming, and recreational free-time. Special theme days enrich the well-balanced regular program.
The cost for Inglewood residents is $200; $216 for non-residents. Before and after care is available (for day campers only). The cost is $49 for residents and $56 for non-residents. Registration will remain open until all slots are filled.
